What you take up to you,
decides on your health. Apart from movement. You take up music. You take
up food. Here we mainly want to talk around food, so that the possibly
life-changing statements do not go down. Milk is which
completely healthy, says the food experts, refers to the high calcium
content and its importance against soft bones. Milk is for the small

That is naturally easily exaggerated. Fruit was always healthy, today
bio fruit. But let us leave
the experts aside, perhaps it is because of their payment. We
endeavor the healthy human understanding. Into nature you were set,
therefore look, what nature offers to you. Fruit treesyes, cookie trees no. Meat
yes,
but do you have dentures, high-speed strength and intestine of a tiger?
Most of us not. Plants yes, are they easily accessible to you,
is your
intestine similarly that of an herbivore, e.g. a gorilla??? Yes! The logic says: Eat
fruit and plants, roughly. You need here the logic, your
food instinct is long victim of the supermarket. The lyra of the
vegetarians you know, you say. Read once again exactly.
Plants, which nature offers to us on its part. It does not offer salad
sweet hearts from the greenhouse to us. It offers weeds to us. This
designation is naturally a small beastliness of the culture human
against its mother nature. The Weeds deadnettle have 10 times content
of calcium such as field salad, because we spoke a while ago of calcium.
Thus it looks also with Vitamin C, and all materials, which are
nevertheless so important to us: Vitamine, minerals, trace elements,
enzymes etc. And enormously underestimated: Chlorophyll. A
suitable name therefore is not weeds, but
primeval herb.
